Payment for Membership, Registrations and Transfers may be submitted online through PayPal or mailed in. Payment link and mailing addresses are within the application and forms. DNA testing fees should be mailed with samples to the laboratory. CTLR does not collect testing fees.

The member application, registration and transfer forms should work seamlessly when completed on line and submitted. Required fields are indicated with a red asterisk.
DNA Forms
The Neogen/GeneSeek form works best if you first save the blank form to your computer before completing. Sign only after you have completed all other info and then print for mailing.
